Cup Foods
[edit]The Cup Foods convenience store gained international notoriety for is connection to the events leading to the police murder of George Floyd in 2020. It is located at 3759 Chicago Avenue in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States, where the stretch of roadway was designated with the commemorative name George Perry Floyd Square in the aftermath of Floyd's murder. In March 2023, the store rebranded itself as Unity Foods.
